Our Process

An on-site consultation is arranged to gain an understanding of your space and to discuss in length, your ideas and vision for your garden. Budget and time-frames will be discussed at this meeting, as well as a site measure up and photography.

Once the project proceeds the consultation fee is credited towards your garden design. A design quote will be provided after your consultation. This individual approach ensures your design is tailored and unique to your property, lifestyle, and budget.

A meeting will be arranged, either onsite or at our office to present your new outdoor space. During this meeting, you will be able to talk through the plan in length, whilst Paal will share the design concepts and influences that have informed his design.

You will be provided with A3 colour printed copies of your new garden design. This document includes site elevations (if required), planting, and lighting schedules as well as specified materials and finishes.

​Finding it difficult to visualise your garden design in a 2 dimensional format? You’re not alone! We offer an additional service, providing a computer-based 3D render. This process will provide you with an electronic animation of your new garden, where the imagined becomes real!

​Minor changes to your design can be made at this stage. Additional changes are subsequently charged at an hourly rate. Once this plan is signed off the remaining design fee is due
