decade. Her design focused approach, passion, and meticulous attention to detail drives her commitment to bringing people together. As an interiors specialist and colour consultant, Carmen curates furniture, soft furnishings and ceramics to complement and complete the entire project, always prioritising support for local creatives.

With a passion for mindfulness, Carmen believes in the benefits of surrounding oneself with an inspiring, aesthetically beautiful environment. A mother of three busy boys, pinot gris enthusiast and supreme multi-tasker, Carmen also manages the business' marketing and social communities.

As our right-hand man, Damon thrives on the variety and challenges that come with his role: from constructing and managing small residential gardens, to large scale acreage projects. However, operating our Mini Digger is Damon’s happy place! Damon’s extensive landscaping experience and calm disposition in executing projects earn him the respect of colleagues and clients alike. With a great appreciation for the natural world, Damon is inspired and driven by the transformative process that landscaping has on a space. 

As an accomplished athlete Damon ensures his health is given priority to support the physical nature of his role. When not on the tools, Damon is training and competing in Ultimate Frisbee at both national and international levels. He has represented Australia in the World Ultimate Club Championships on numerous occasions.
